Value Property Advisory was established in 2025 by Akshaya S, with the aim of creating a client-centric and results-oriented real estate advisory and brokerage firm. She possesses a robust educational foundation, holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance. Before founding this firm, Akshaya has accumulated more than five years of corporate experience. Her previous roles encompassed valuations, strategic consulting, and transaction services within the real estate sector for US location at Ernst & Young, one of the world’s leading consulting firms. The majority of her clients have been Fortune 100 companies. Additionally, she has gained significant insights from her family’s construction and real estate business, which has been helping individuals or clients in developing, buying, and selling commercial properties in Tamil Nadu for over 20 years. Recognizing the demand for a firm that merges in-depth market expertise with tailored advisory services, she has embarked on this venture.
